Privacy policy

Agent Hub is a private tool run by one person (the owner) for their own use. This policy explains what happens to the data it can reach.

What the app can access

Only if the owner connects a Google account and approves the permissions on Google's own page: the owner's Gmail messages and drafts, Google Calendar events, and Google Drive files. The owner chooses which permissions to grant and can remove them at any time.

How the data is used

Google data is used only to carry out the owner's own requests, such as searching mail, drafting a reply for the owner to review, listing the owner's calendar, or reading a document. When the owner asks an AI assistant to use it, the relevant text is sent to the AI model the owner has chosen so it can answer. The app does not use Google data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not share it with anyone else.

The app's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

The sign-in token that lets the app reach the owner's Google account is stored encrypted on the owner's own server. Mail and file contents are not stored by the app beyond the owner's chat history and activity log on that server. Access to the app is protected by a password and a second sign-in step.

Control and deletion

The owner can disconnect Google at any time in the app, which removes the stored token and revokes the app's access at Google. Access can also be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the app's data folder removes everything it stored.
